Payment We accept Mastercard and Visa. We also accept direct bank deposits. Payment by cheque may require the time for clearance by the bank.

Shipping We use Fastway and Australia Post. Should no-one be at the place of delivery, alternative instructions need to be advised. Most customers indicate a safe and shaded spot for delivery, because this allows your package to be delivered promptly. Packages are in durable sealed cartons.

Refund, Returns and Breakages To be sure that you are satisfied, please advise us of any error, damage or product issues so that we are able to remedy the problem promptly. Email or phone is the fastest strategy.

Wicked Virgin Club Membership implies that you authorize The Wicked Virgin & Calico Town Wines to debit your credit card for the cost of the package you have selected from us. You acknowledge that you will automatically receive packages twice each year and that you may skip or cancel a delivery upon receiving the details of the current package. You certify that you are 18 years or older. Please advise us of changes of address or changes to your credit card (best done by phone for your security).

Orders from the website or by phone Because we value the security of any financial transactions we prefer to confirm orders by phone and to ask for credit card details at that time. No record of your card details is kept after the finalization of the transaction.
