Pickles

The Wicked Virgin Pickled Eggplant, Pickled Capsicums and Pickled Cherries are all hand made on the premises from fresh, local produce, using recipes handed down through the generations. Delicious to the point of addiction.

Preserves and Jams

Fruit grown on the property is used for The Wicked Virgin jams, jellies, conserves and preserves are produced on site when abundance, time, whim and energy align. Maturing cumquat trees provide the “best marmalade”.
